Samsung begins Android Nougat Beta for Galaxy S7, S7 Edge

Samsung is giving users of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge a chance to try out Android Nougat ahead of its official launch. The company has announced that its two flagship devices are now eligible for its Galaxy Beta Program. However, the program is only available to those in the US, UK and Korea, while it will be available in China soon. The company also says that applicants are being accepted on a first-come, first served basis. 

During the beta period, users can get a feel for Android Nougat with Samsung’s newest UX, and are invited to give feedback on performance, reliability and usability. The company says that this will help it “reliable, high-performing software and provide an improved and optimized experience to all Galaxy users.” However, those using the Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Edition, or the Injustice Edition are excluded from the program. 

It isn’t known exactly when Android Nougat will be available for all galaxy s7Where to buy 43352 43400 43400 users. But considering the fact it is being tested in beta means that an official rollout may not be too far behind.
