LeEco appoints Jasmine Geffner as Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance and Development

LeEco has appointed Jasmine Geffner as Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance and Development, APAC. She has over 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience in the US, China and other Asian countries. Geffner graduated with an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University, United States.

Leading global technology and ecosystem conglomerate LeEco has appointed a seasoned finance professional, Jasmine Geffner as Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance and Development, APAC. Ms. Geffner will oversee LeEco’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic and venture investments in Asia Pacific markets as well as manage capital and fund raising activities in the region.

Ms. Geffner has 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience in the United States, China and other Asian countries covering industries including technology, entertainment, consumer products, and retail.

Ms. Geffner brings extensive corporate finance leadership experience to LeEco. She was previously CFO of a Hong Kong-listed firm as well as CFO of a Nasdaq-listed company. She has also taken leadership roles at global banks such as HSBC, ANZ, and Commerzbank in New York and Hong Kong.

Jasmine Geffner has over 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience in the United States, China and other Asian countries covering technology, entertainment, consumer products, retail and other industries. A Chartered financial analyst since 2000, Ms. Geffner graduated with an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University, United States.
